You will greatly increase your rate of success by your preparation. First you will want to look over the meal plan, initially the first 11 days. Look over at what is suggestion to eat for each of your meals because if you don’t like something you can replace it. For example, my husband would not eat tuna or fish fillet so when those are suggested he replaced them with either ground turkey or chicken. Next you’ll want to look over the shopping list… that is a huge bonus! I get so wrapped up at the grocery & over whelmed that using the shopping list was a huge time & money saver. And we actually ate all that we bought! Plan on buying enough food for at least 7 days if not the entire 11 days. You will eat what’s prepared or be tempted if nothing is prepared… so be prepared! My biggest suggestion is cooking the day before you start and if you start on a Monday then your “cheat” days are Friday, Saturday & Sunday. I would put a family pack of chicken on the grill, bake or grill 4 (a bag) of tilapia, and cook 2 pounds of ground turkey. Sounds like a lot and it is but that was for two people. Scale it back if the meal plan is just for one. But loose the mindset of “it’s hard cooking for just one person”. I hear that ALL the time as if would be easier to cook for the army! You want to cook for the week regardless how many people you’ll be eating with, make sense? This way you have all your food (meat especially) prepared for the entire day all week. It will make a big difference, I promise!
Review the plan, shop from the list after you’ve made some personal preference changes, cook & prep and then we’ll get started. Oh yeah, don’t forget to write in all your measurements and got down your current weight!
