Starting of course is key and it’s the first thing you need to do… mentally prepare for a commitment and a life change. When I completed the 39DaysToFit program I realized how important food preparation is, how simple meal planning can be, how much more simple grocery shopping for the entire family can be, and above how how crucial sugar is used in our bodies. My husband put it this way, “It’s all about the sugar!”. His comment was in response to me saying things like, “I don’t feel bloated anymore”, “My clothes feel great”, “My muscle tone is better”, “I feel better all day”… it’s ALL about the sugar! Sugar & carbohydrates don’t have to be the enemy but if we work them into our diet intake we can make them work for us and not against us.

The meal plan and the Advocare products have taught me a great deal about diet & nutrition so what I’m going to do is take you through the 39 days (hopefully blogging at least once a day). This way we can communicate virtually. I’m going to post meal suggestions and some common questions people have had and of course I will post people successes along the way. The first few days are usually the hardest and if you’re not in touch with someone helping you it can get very frustrating. So tune in daily. Get started. Let’s GO!
