Healthy Holidays

To enjoy the holidays this year more than last year, I believe that you have to follow these 5 “Rules”:

1 – Take a lot of Fibotrim before big meals & desserts.
2 – Drink a Spark & A Supreme before family gatherings, a couple Clear Moods wouldn’t hurt either!
3 – Drink a Slim when you get to the dinner party, have extra with you to sample!
4 – Drink a lot of water & Rehydrate if you’ve had too much eggnog.
5 – Exercise for stress relief, hormone balance and calorie burning.

If you stick to those 5 “rules” I believe you will enjoy the holidays a little more with out any guilt nor weight gain!

Amazing workout

On Friday I decided to workout my clients boot camp style because they were going into “cheat weekend” on the 39 Days to Fit meal plan. OMG! I did the workout with Michele and I’m incredibly sore today. I hope they are sore too! During the workout you exhaust your body and feel great afterwords but I’ve got muscles sore today that I guess I haven’t worked out in while. Amazing! Boot camp style will be incorporated often… watch out!
