			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>To enjoy the holidays this year more than last year,  I believe that you have to follow these 5 &#8220;Rules&#8221;:</p>
<p>1 &#8211; Take a lot of Fibotrim before big meals &#038; desserts.<br />
2 &#8211; Drink a Spark &#038; A Supreme before family gatherings, a couple Clear Moods wouldn&#8217;t hurt either!<br />
3 &#8211; Drink a Slim when you get to the dinner party, have extra with you to sample!<br />
4 &#8211; Drink a lot of water &#038; Rehydrate if you&#8217;ve had too much eggnog.<br />
5 &#8211; Exercise for stress relief, hormone balance and calorie burning.</p>
<p>If you stick to those 5 &#8220;rules&#8221; I believe you will enjoy the holidays a little more with out any guilt nor weight gain!</p>
